Hello! My name is Alexandria, I am native to Jim Thorpe and proud of it! After high school I began my journey of becoming a Chef by attending the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. After college I moved to New York City and worked with several celebrity Chefs. After four years, I decided it was time to experience the warmth of the south and move to Charleston, South Carolina. While there, I worked at the Pennisula Grill, Brassiere la Banque, and Sorelle. Each experience gave me new insight into the world of fine dining. I recently moved back to Jim Thorpe to follow my dream of opening Sweet&Savory, we opened April 4, 2025!
